Check you are signed in as the correct UserID - If there is a typo in your UserID, it may have started an expired trial.
You can use your subscription on 1 phone & 1 tablet device (2 phone & 2 tablets with a Premium subscription).

Worst case you can use 'Emergency Mode' which unlocks all subscriptions on your device for 3 days. This gives you time to contact us and resolve the issue, whilst your account keeps working. You can only use Emergency Mode once per year.
