Weight and Balance revamp
*Aircraft profiles (incl. W&B) created in v11 are not backwards compatible with older versions of OzRunways
- New layout with an easier to use data entry interface
- Supports multiple envelopes in a single configuration, e.g. 'normal' and 'utility' category can be configured and shown together
- Allow naming of envelopes
- Added Zero Fuel Weight, Max Landing Weight, and Max Ramp Weight limitations
- Added ability to default individual 'Stations' to disabled/deselected
- Added ability to define a maximum weight for a 'Station'
- Added ability to lock a Station's weight
- 'Stations', 'Envelope', and 'Fuel Table' points can be re-ordered by dragging (tap ↑↓ to show grab handles)
