To avoid your subscription running out at an inconvenient time, when you purchase a subscription you can choose to save your details and have it automatically renew each year. Auto-renewals occur approximately 2 weeks prior to your subscription expiring to ensure continued coverage. Your expiry date is extended by 1 year i.e. you do not lose any time.
We will send you a reminder email before we do this and you can cancel auto-renewals at any time.
You can manage auto-renewal in your online account: https://www.ozrunways.com/store/account.jsp
Located on the top right-hand side of your account click:
Enable Auto Renewals to set up auto-renewals.
Make changes or cancel to update your card details or cancel auto-renewal.
Please note, cancelling auto-renewal will result in manual renewal required after subscription expiration.
If you have multiple subscriptions and do not want to renew all of them, you must cancel the auto-renewal and manually renew the subscription you want. You can set up the auto-renewal up again after you have manually made the change.
