Check you are signed in as the correct username in OzRunways → Settings → Subscriptions. If there is a typo in your username it may have started a new trial account.
If necessary tap Sign Out in the top right corner then choose to sign back in by tapping I have an account.

You can use your subscription on 1 phone & 1 tablet device, or 2 phones & 2 tablets with a Premium subscription.

Worst case you can use 'Emergency Mode' which unlocks all subscriptions on your device for 3 days. This gives you time to contact us and resolve the issue, whilst your account keeps working. You can only use Emergency Mode once per year.
